Nicholson Contracting knows that proper Project Management is integral to the success of any construction project from simple additions to whole home renovations to custom builds.  We have expertly managed 100's of custom build and renovation projects from the design and blue print stage through to completion. We coordinate and manage the trades people and ensure that when one of these contractors arrives to perform their work that all of the materials they require are delivered and ready to be installed. 

In this digital age, Stephen, has a unique work ethic that his crew adheres to which is that all of their cell phones must remain in their trucks during the day and can only be checked for messages at lunch or at the end of the day.   He doesn't believe that his clients should have to pay an hourly rate to watch workers talk and text on their dollar.
